Seven Sisters Retreat

- close to the stadium - Enough space for 3 people - Normal bed was comfortable - Included a fan and enough towels for 3 people - Communication was good to and from - Let us check in early - price was good for location

- sofa bed wasn’t very comfortable but worked - bathroom sink was quite small however I know this cannot be changed - place was hot and had no air con but for the price and being second floor we expected this - slight stains on a few of the sheets but nothing major

La ubicación; el barrio es muy tranquilo con restaurantes y cafeterías. La parada de metro está a menos de 10 minutos y en media se llega al centro.

El sofá cama no es muy cómodo.

Siamo stati in questo appartamento a fine giugno e ne abbiamo apprezzato la posizione( 3 minuti a piedi dalla Victoria Line) e anche la tranquillità dell’appartamento e della zona ( molto etnica ) . Il proprietario gentilissimo inoltre .

Faceva un po’ caldo e non c’erano condizionatori o ventilatori.

The property was in a decent location, with an Underground station and multiple bus stops nearby, making it easy to get around.

Overall, the property was okay, but there were several issues that affected our stay. There were only two toilet rolls provided, both of which were almost empty, and there were no spare rolls available, so we had to buy our own. I would have expected enough basic supplies to last the duration of the stay. There was also only one mirror in the bathroom. A full-length mirror elsewhere in the property would have been appreciated, as it’s useful when getting ready before going out. The clock in the property had no batteries. This is only a minor issue, but if a clock is provided, it should be in working order. Unfortunately, there were stains on the bedding, which gave the impression that it hadn’t been checked properly before our arrival. Privacy was also an issue, as the curtains did not fully cover the window, leaving gaps where people could potentially see inside. The overall cleanliness could have been better. The skirting boards were dusty, the fan was covered in dust, and the shower curtain had noticeable yellow staining around the bottom, making the property feel like it hadn’t been cleaned thoroughly. Finally, the shower was difficult to use because it wouldn’t maintain a consistent temperature, repeatedly changing between hot and cold throughout use. These are all relatively straightforward issues to address and would make a significant difference to future guests’ experience.
