The communication was great, the bed was very comfy and it was very quiet so a good nights sleep. Being above an overground line was an ideal location, but even despite this it wasn’t loud at all.
The only reason it’s not higher is because of the general condition - things like the door handle on the inside was falling off slightly, there being no shower drain thing etc. the boiler also kept coming on every 5 minutes in the night, the heating wasn’t on and nothing was running so I couldn’t work out why this was but just a small thing which disturbed.

I was in No 5: a third floor apartment: (worth noting it is a walk-up, but that didn't bother me - there was automatic lighting all the way). The room was very compact, but sensibly laid out. There is a bunk with a comfortable double bed on the lower level and a single above (that I didn't try). There is a dining table, a good sized, well equipped kitchen and a small, but practical bathroom. The shower is good. TV has a Fire stick, so iPlayer, Netflix, etc. The best thing: it is so quiet! Outside is very busy, with a well-known market across the road (and a big Costa), and quite a lot of traffic; but inside there is no noise at all - and it is a few steps from the Overground station, from where you can get anywhere quickly. First impression is that it is a bit quirky, which I really liked, but it is very practical. I would definitely go back.
I had no complaints. It had everything I needed and everything worked. The area isn't the most salubrious, but there are mainly young working people around. Outside is quite noisy, There is a sense that the immediate area is a bit run down, but I never felt threatened or worried. If you turn right out of the property, go to the next lights and turn left, you pass some nice restaurants. If you then take the next main right, there is an excellent pub: the Victoria, which has a very vibrant music scene.
