Location was great. Close to two metro stations. The market was next to the closest station, 2 minutes away. Overall the place was clean once you got into the property (see below). The kitchen was well equiped with a microwave, stove etc. although we did not cook there. The hotpot was great for warming up water for tea. The washer worked well and the drying sytem was ingenious and got the clothes dry.

The entrance from the street was sketchy. Graffiti on the door & the hallway was dirty with mail strewn about. The stairway was a bit steep. The bed in the smaller room was not good. Had a "valley" in the middle of the bed. The mattress should be replaced. Communication with the owner was a problem although we did not need much assistance. We got messages via Bookings & not directly with the person. I never was sure whether the message was relayed. A more direct way to comminicate would have been better. On a few nights the street music was annoying but it usually stopped at 10ish. And it wasn't heard in the bedrooms once the doors closed.
