Very close to everything i.e Leeds station

The property was spotless and incredibly comfortable. I’m definitely planning to book it again for a staycation sometime soon.

Spacious, clean, close to major attractions in city centre

Great location, very central and right next to the train station amd water taxi stop.
Accomodation was clean and tidy. Prior to arrival we had great comunication with the host advising how to access the accomodation, how to boost hotwater if needed (we did, there were four adults & a child staying so hotwater was needed esp to warm up after been out in the cold at the christmas markets).
Communication was great throughout our stay. I was a little anxious initally as I booked this when the property had one review so thought it risky but we would definitely book this accommodation again.
Wall heaters in each room amd hallway to heat, these took a little while to heat up the property but with the heaters on and doors closed it soon got toasty. we did need the extra duvet in the living room for the sofa bed as the person sleeping in there said it got chilly, but again we stayed at the start for December so temperatures were cold generally.
There were teabags and coffee as well as a few other essentials stocked in the kitchen. Enough crockery and cups for us all too.
Towels provided, enough for two per guest as well as spares and bathroom bits soap, shampoo, bodywash also available for us. Main bathroom had a bath and handheld shower and ensuite shower cubical.
The kitchen had teabags & coffee as well as a few other cooking items. I think these had been left by previous guests rather than stocked specifically by the host but it was a nice touch to have them left as meant we only needed to get milk ( I think the same applied to the toiletries too)
Just to note the accomodation is in a residential block so you do hear general coming and goings of people who live there but nothing other than normal residential noise. The train station is close by and you can hear some announcements (as me tioned in other reviews) we found this to be a qwerky feature rather than an annoyance and it definitely didnt disturb the 5year old who slept in the main bedroom.
A few signs of aesthetic wear and tear marks in the bathrooms but nothing major. All facilities were useable.
We found bedding in the washing machine, It had finished a cycle so we assume had been left by whoever had cleaned the property prior to our arrival. We didnt find this a problem, although can see how others might. As we wanted to use the dryer we hung the bedding on the airer which didnt take up much room in the kitchen/living room area.

The location is great. The bed was comfortable. It was clean and had great views.
It needs to be made clear that this is a shared apartment. It is fine for a group of people sharing who know one another and who can coordinate collection of keys. When I arrived, there were no keys in the key safe. I had to phone up, leave a message and wait 20 minutes for someone to come and let me into the apartment. The ensuite that I had booked was already taken, leaving me with a room with separate bathroom. The door of my bedroom was not lockable and the door handle fell off in pieces when I closed it. The other guests had not been expecting to share the apartment, and neither had I. It was a very unconfortable experience.

Could not be better placed for access to trains and very central for all of Leeds
No exterior lock on bedroom so could not leave valuables in room when out as anyone staying in other room can simply open the door to gain access to your room.
This is a genuine concern as when we were in bed at 11.00 pm the occupant of the other room came back to the flat and tried to open our door quite forcibly. Thankfully we had used the locking device on the inside of the door so they were not able to get in.
Although the location and facilities were good, because of this incident we would not stay here again

It was close to the station.
I could not get in because the key pad entry system for the main entrance was not working.

We liked the location and customer service.
I'm not one to leave negative reviews, but after much consideration, I feel it's essential to share our experience at the Comfort Hub in Leeds.
We stayed here with our family of four while visiting our daughter at university, and while the customer service was good, the cleanliness and overall condition of the apartment were woefully inadequate.
Honestly, it was a struggle to write this review, as I didn't want to impact their business negatively. However, I believe it's crucial to provide an honest account of our stay.
Upon arrival, we were disappointed to find the apartment was not thoroughly cleaned. The amenities management left much to be desired. The shower room had issues that needed fixing, and there were only two teacups provided for four people. To our dismay, the teabags were expired.
The bedroom pillows were in a poor state, with unpleasant odours, and needed changing. We were unsure about the cleanliness of the towels, which were left hanging over the radiator. Furthermore, the washing machine was left filled with laundry, which wasn't ideal.
While we appreciated the good customer service, our stay was marred by these issues. With some attention to cleanliness, amenities, and maintenance, the Comfort Hub could offer a much more enjoyable experience for families.
I hope these points can be addressed to improve future stays.

Excellent location, perfect for exploring Leeds City Centre
Couldn’t find the remote for the TV (it was down the side of the sofa cushions) and then once we switched the TV on the screen is damaged (got a line running across it & it got worse the longer it was switched on).

The property isn’t an excellent location. The communication from the vendor was amazing.
This apartment could be amazing.
For the same money, I could’ve stayed in a hotel at £89 a night .
The kitchen is tired and tatty. There are stains on the ceiling and walls from previous visit. I should imagine and whether there’s been a flood.
There is no shower and a very dated bath it’s poorly decorated and badly thought out

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment! The space is modern, clean, and surprisingly spacious, yet still feels really cozy and comfortable. The location couldn’t be better, right in the heart of Leeds, just a couple of minutes’ walk from the train station and close to everything. Communication with the host was excellent; very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Leeds!
