Captains Cabins Arugambay

Wow, what a great lil find just off the main drag off Arugam bay. The rooms are huge, beds are massive and very comfy. WIFI was great plus you can literally sit on the verandah and watch chipmunks and monkeys in the tree right in front of you. The two guys that own the place were so helpful and lovely. Plus its also just far away enough that you cant hear a thing at night. Even has a laundry place directly across the road. Will 1000% be back. Thanks for a great stay

The owner, Jows, was very friendly and attentive to our requests. The apartment is fine for two people and you have the basics you need. For longer periods of time, it can feel a bit uncomfortable (for instance, you don't have a table to eat, just a couch) It's located right in the city center but it's not located in a nosy street.

The owner was kind enough to give us a router to have good connection but still, the WIFI is not very reliable. We stayed there for 10 days and you need to ask the owner to clean the house a bit. No cleaning supplies to do it yourself.

Das persona war super freundlich und hilfsbereit, die Unterkunft selbst modern und gemütlich, alles sauber, Lage perfekt weil nah zum Strand und trotzdem ruhig.

Alles war super. Ich wünsche den Gastgebern weniger Druck für Rezensionen denn die Unterkunft spricht für sich :)

Die Unterkunft ist für 2-3 Personen genau richtig groß (2 Stockwerke mit kleiner Küchenzeile mit Grundausstattung). Alles war super sauber und liebevoll hergerichtet. Der Besitzer ist sehr bemüht, zuvorkommend und richtig herzlich. Es hat nichts gefehlt. Die Lage ist perfekt, das Meer ist fußläufig 5 Min entfernt und trotzdem bekommt man nachts nicht von dem Trubel der Hauptstraße mit.
