Terraço Lapa

The apartment is really well appointed and more charming than it appears in the photographs. The terrace off the kitchen is really nice with great sun and great views. The kitchen has everything you need to cook at home.

The stairs are steep but we knew that before from previous reviews and they were very manageable.

This was such a lovely place to stay for me and my family of four. There was plenty of room for us to spread out and have our own space. The terrace was the highlight- we spent a lot of time hanging out there and listening to the birds and watching the boats on the river. The apartment is close to the city center (maybe twenty minute walk?) but far enough out to where it's quiet in the evenings to sleep. There's air conditioning if needed (we didn't need it much). It was fun staying in a 200 year old building. The owner obviously put a lot of thought into the decor and the renovation.

Just remember it's a four floor walk up. We already knew this so it wasn't a problem for us but be make sure you can carry your luggage up stairs!

Loved Everything about it! All the details are well executed! I felt right at home The location is 3min walk to a main bus and tram Several great restaurants & local grocery store The view is amazing!
