Small issue but electronic blinds did not function.

It's a beautiful new modern unit with stylish and high end finishes, plus stunning views of both English Bay and Vancouver Harbour, overlooking the West End, in a very walkable area. Parking included is a nice bonus. The bidet toilet was great!
One key for two guests isn't great, because you need the fob to get in, use the elevator, get in and out of the parking. It was really lacking in kitchenwares. If you're gonna be high-end at least ne well-stocked with nice simple dishes and cooking stuff, even IKEA would work. There was just weird, old, random stuff like scratched chopping boards, only one coffee mug, etc... No sugar, coffee filters, or salt+pepper, like nothing, so I had to buy those. No lotion, big bottles of Costco body wash. Lame. I'm nitpicking, but still.

The location and view were superb. Generally quiet and private. Parking was appreciated.
Many maintenance things that need doing that have been neglected. Blinds don’t work properly, bathroom slider only opens halfway and does not stay closed, hole in the wall.
Asked for towels for 3 guests, only received 2 sets, some with holes. Asked for sheets for the sleeper sofa, there were none. When I messaged about this I was ignored.
Kitchen was inadequately stocked for up to 4 guests, not full sets of plates, no drinking glasses, no teaspoons, no coffee filters.
There was no where to hang wet jackets which in rainy Vancouver would have been useful and appreciated.
