Pleasant hosts. Clean. Well stocked kitchen. Cosy. Nice bed and good bedding. Very quiet
Bedroom was very small and the second bed took available room. No storage space.

Clean quiet property in very quiet neighborhood. The host was nice and informative on how to access the room, especially so late at night. Bed was comfy (even better than some hotels) and ample pillows provided.
The floors were a little creaky, but it’s mostly only a problem for big or heavy people it seems. Also, might not be the best place to stay for romantic couples or party goers.

The owner responded quickly and allowed us an early check-in and late checkout. The location was convenient for me. The bed was pretty comfortable.
The house looks terrible from the outside (much better inside). The room had no light other than the ceiling light. The fan was very dirty and way too strong. The pillows looked gross. The bathroom felt un clean. The place just felt dirty overall, although you could smell cleaning products, and I did see a cleaner during our departure. It really did not feel like a safe and secure place to leave my belongings, especially with the "front door" left unlocked... Also, there is only one toilet shared between many rooms, which was a pain in the morning with everyone checking out. The place just didn't feel great overall.

Affordable
I stayed for two nights. The room wasn’t terrible, but it wasn’t as clean as I expected either — it could definitely use a bit more attention.
The location itself is quiet, which is nice, but the other guests in the house were quite noisy around 1 a.m. and sometimes even later. Of course, this isn’t the host’s fault, but it did affect the overall experience.
