Full kitchen, living room, washer, dryer, internet etc. Use of kid friendly back yard. 3 min walk to beach and close to mountain biking, hiking trails, restaurants, groceries, parks. 5 min drive to ubc, 12 min to downtown. We made an impulsive decision to visit Vancouver for a few days and lucked into finding this house on VRBO for the exact week we needed. The house is perfectly situated. We could walk to the beach, to Pacific Spirit Park, even all the way to the Museum of Anthropology and Nitobe Memorial Garden. There’s a bus stop in front of the house Lyft/Uber to make more distant trips easy. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, and we felt very comfortable in the flat. There are a couple of windows the door for natural light, but the flat itself is semi-underground.

Great location for us. Close to UBC and the beach. Teenagers attended volleyball camp.
