Easy access to downtown, UBC, and transit. A peaceful, family-friendly retreat to enjoy Vancouver like a local.
Whether you’re here for a weekend getaway or an extended stay, our Kitsilano suite offers comfort, convenience, and a touch of Vancouver charm.
Our suite is thoughtfully designed for comfort and simplicity, perfect for couples or small families. It features an open living area, a fully equipped kitchenette, two bedrooms with a double bed and a pull-out King bed, and a modern bathroom. The space gets plenty of natural light and has everything you need for a relaxed stay.
Step outside and you’re just minutes away from local grocery stores, trendy cafés, and some of Vancouver’s best beaches. Enjoy a morning walk along Kits Beach and Jericho Beach, grab coffee at a nearby café, or explore the boutique shops on West 4th Avenue — all within walking distance.
It’s a calm, family-friendly retreat with easy access to downtown and all that Vancouver has to offer.
Centrally situated for ultimate convenience, exploring the city from here is effortless.
Getting Around:
Public Transit: A mere two-minute walk connects you to bus routes serving downtown and all major Skytrain stations.
By Car: Reach Downtown, YVR Airport, and Stanley Park in just 20 minutes, or UBC in a quick 10-minute drive. Plenty of free street parking.
By Bike: The scenic seawall is only 5 minutes away, with dedicated bikeways spanning the entire city for easy access.
For added flexibility, Uber, Lyft, and local taxi services are readily available throughout Vancouver.
Guests will have full access to the basement suite. We will send you the code for the key lockbox before your arrival.
Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Please respect these times, as this allows our cleaning team to prepare the suite for the next guests.
To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests, please note our strict no-smoking and no-pet policy.
We offer a range of baby and toddler essentials, including a high chair, portable crib, and a selection of toys, to ensure comfort and convenience during your stay.

No parties or smoking (including vaping or marijuana) are allowed. Breaking this rule may result in a $1,000 fine and cancellation without refund — we appreciate your understanding.

Please help us keep things peaceful by observing quiet hours from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
For everyone’s safety, there are outdoor security cameras at the front, side, and back of the home. These are used only to help ensure a safe and respectful stay for all guests.
