Welcome to our cozy garden-level suite in beautiful Kitsilano! Our home is surrounded by lush front and back gardens, and the private suite offers a peaceful, comfortable space for your stay in Vancouver.
It is only 5 mins driving from Jericho Beach and Kits Beach, with great restaurants, cafés, shops, and transit all close by—perfect for families, friends, or anyone looking to enjoy the best of the West Side.
The suite features three comfortable bedrooms, one private bathroom, and a full kitchen and dining area. Each bedroom is furnished with a standard double bed, making the space ideal for 3–6 guests. The dining area and bedrooms are carpeted, adding warmth and comfort to the space. Please note that one bedroom has a 178 cm clearance (due to an air duct) -- just a small heads-up for our taller guests.

Myself, my 2 sons and daughter in law stayed for 4 nights at this cosy home. We were in Vancouver for a birthday celebration and we were really happy for our accommodations. We had everything we needed and our hosts answered our texts quickly. I would recommend staying here and would certainly reserve again as we are planning to return to Vancouver as it is a good meeting place for some members of our family. We would have liked a couch or comfy chairs for TV watching but we really didn’t watch any TV this trip.Thank you very much to our hosts!

Having three separate bedrooms and a full kitchen made our family’s stay smoooooth like butter in a quiet part of beautiful Kitsilano.It was a great location with easy parking. Close to UBC, water, and downtown.

The house was cute.The one thing it was missing was a common sitting area.The uneven floor was very challenging to navigate and the carpet on carpet was easy to trip on.No temperature control in main spaces.Overall it was okay for sleeping in but not really conducive to spending a lot of relaxing time in ie reading and visiting.
