Well equipped, roomy, clean, well located. A/c handy, shower good.
No blind in either bedroom, so no privacy and woken up early by the sunlight. Initially nails and screws all over the parking space from tiling work. Removed the majority of them myself. It was fully swept the following day after I’d reported it
