The noise from the snooker club, and the apartment upstairs. But obviously these are not in any way the fault of the hosts.

Location ,layout, parking and it was cosy and comfortable

As it was over Christmas a small gift, box of chocs etc would have been a nice extra touch but having said that the lovely toiletries and coffee table milk and biscuits were lovely.

Excellent facillity with minor refinements required

Kitchen well appointed but missing one cup if I had been a group of 4. Facilities very good and clean. Overall impressed with the arrangements. Would stay again

The bedroom was a disappointment. Lights could not be controlled once in the bed. The bed was located so if you were a couple was not user friendly as access once just on one side. One side is the best description as the bed was located so only one side was available for 50% of the bottom end only. Was disappointed with the entertainment facilties being a streaming only access and in the main having to arrange my own logons to watch various streaming services. Channel 4 could not see any way of turning off subtitles.

Could have been cleaner, some marks on the sheets. So noisy from the snooker place next door. Thankfully our children were so tired they managed to ignore it and fall asleep

It was perfect for what we needed for just one night!

Spotless, felt cleaner than a hotel we stayed in recently. The hosts really went the extra mile in making our stay as special as possible for our girls 3rd birthday! Also, location was amazing, we stayed to be close to West Midlands but we were pleased of all the food and other facilities within walking distance!

Excellent facilities, beautifully decorated. Had absolutely everything we needed. Some really nice touches.

Although we did find the parking after calling the host could we suggest a photo of the parking sign. May sound petty but it would have saved us calling the host.

Communication was excellent. Questions answered quickly on line. Great value for an excellent apartment and superb location.

Forgot my charger plug, usb would have been useful on a couple of sockets. Lip to entrance to apartment could do with highlighting. (Yellow demarcation as on public transport be spot on!)

Superbly equipped spotless apartment.

Beautifully decorated and superbly equipped apartment. Loads of space. Free allocated parking space. Loads of pubs, restaurants and takeaways nearby. The apartment was that comfortable we decided to eat in rather than go to a restaurant. Would 100% stay again.

One night stay

Excellent location for the town and west midlands safari which is what we came for. Everything you need and more inside the apartment. Lovely comfortable beds. Quiet area. Off road private parking was a bonus when you have lots of bags to carry with kids.

The apartment was clean, beautiful decorated and a great location with free parking. The bedding and towels were lovely and small touches such as coffee pods, biscuits and toiletries were great. Great instructions on entry and whilst in the apartment. Excellent value for money, would recommend!

Very comfortable, spacious apartment. Lovely decoration. Great location for West Midlands Safari Park, just a few minutes drive away. Easy access with a code & lockbox. Clearly marked car park spaces.

If staying longer, a wardrobe or hanging space would be good. Only single glazing, so a little noisy from road behind.

コンタクトレスの入室に不安があったが事前のメールで頂いた番号で表玄関はオフィスのようにテンキー入力、部屋の鍵はキーボックス番号をメール番号通りに合わせることで鍵を取り出すことができた。スーパーも近くにあるので買出しに苦労はない。

備え付けのトイレットペーパーは3日分には不足でスーパーで買い足した。語学堪能な人ならスタッフに依頼の電話掛ける事ができるのだが。異常気象で大変暑い日であったため為、エアコンが無い部屋は少々寝苦しかった。
