Nothing, had a horrible experience. Staff were friendly.

I had an awful stay in the place… some many things to point it out: 1. As soon as you arrive and get inside the building, the smell of “cigars” (🍁🚬) is everywhere, even inside our room for the whole night. So if you don’t like it or have kids, don’t recommend. 2. The entire place was FILTHYYY, top to bottom. I know for a fact that the flat wasn’t cleaned between guests, it was visible!! There was dog food on the floor, hair everywhere, dust, rest of food inside the kitchen sink, shower still with water marks in the glass after a use, sink tap all stained of water marks (probably after a use), toothpaste marks in the mirror, toilet carpets dirty (probably did not changed at all). 3. They did not provide linen or sheets, which for me it’s an absurd when you have a place that you rent for people. The bed upstairs had the duvet and pillows with no covers, and for the people that are staying in the sofa bed, there is another duvet and pillow inside of it, full of dust and spider webs! I had to sleep in the sofa (which was all stained with who the hell knows) with no sheets, no duvet and no pillow and was crazy cold all night. Maybe I’m being too picky, but I would not sleep where everyone else slept in with no sheet and was dirty, I’m sorry. 🤮 4. All towels were wet when we were going to take a shower. 5. The host says to put the key back in the locker after every use for the other guests to use the front door (the key lock is on the outside of the door)… but the door doesn’t close by itself from the inside, which means having the front door unlocked, and in our case it was almost midnight. I tried to contact the host and the other people in the building that the host said it could be of help, but nobody answered or opened the door. I would not recommend anyone to stay in this place, it doesn’t have the minimum parameters required for a rental to accommodate guests not even for 1 night.

Le logement est propre, bien aménagé et conforme aux photos. L’espace est cosy, calme et agréable, ce qui permet de s’y sentir rapidement à l’aise. La proximité de l’aéroport est un vrai plus, sans nuisance sonore. La communication avec l’hôte a été simple et efficace, et l’arrivée s’est faite sans difficulté. Le logement est bien équipé pour un court séjour, avec tout le nécessaire à disposition.

Rien de particulier à signaler. Tout s’est bien déroulé durant le séjour.

Le logement correspond exactement à ce que je cherchais : rien de luxueux, mais propre, fonctionnel et calme. La chambre était bien chauffée, le lit confortable et tout était propre à l’arrivée. La salle de bain est basique mais suffisante pour un court séjour. L’emplacement est pratique, proche des commerces et facile d’accès. Le rapport qualité‑prix est vraiment bon : pour ce tarif, on ne peut pas demander beaucoup plus. L’hôte était réactif et sympathique, ce qui rend l’arrivée et le départ très simples. En résumé, un bon choix si on veut un hébergement abordable, sans chichis mais fiable et agréable.

Appartement trop cher au regard de la prestation et du manque de propreté. Draps non fournis pour un couchage , le propriétaire a effectué un dédommagement de 15€ , dérisoire au regard du prix et de l’inconfort de la nuitée,
