Far enough from the city crowd to enjoy the quiet nature and amazing view of Sapa. Getting to the center is easy via Grab. Cats in the resorts are lovely, staff are kind and helpful. All is great.

Everything is great in Sapana Resort. The hotel and view in real life are even better than the pictures. It’s quiet and tranquil. We highly recommend this place for those who is looking a calm place to stay. It’s also easy to go around by Grab.

Sapana is such a special place! We booked for 4 nights in total, with one night in the standard room and the other three in the deluxe panorama. The standard room is a nice, cozy space to rest with a mountain view, but is located alongside a shared corridoor so it can sometimes be awkward to have your windows open for the view. The panorama view however, is super private and has an amazing view of the valley from your bed. The retreat also has very well designed garden with stairs down to bridge with a view of a huge dam and river - this alone is well worth the money and stay. We had most of our meals in the restaurant, and it was so delicious! The staff were also very warm and welcoming during our stay. We 100% recommend it!!

no outside food allowed, if you bring food or beverages then they will charged you for that. penalty and everything, can only order from the kitchen upstairs but the kitchen close at 8.30-9pm you got no choices but to go out to the city for food. quite not near too.. and my husband got injured by the bed frame & bleed… got blood stain a bit on the bed becaus of that. accident. and they charged us for 500,000VND for that… actually it supposed to be a very nice vacation for me & my husband for honeymoon but not as good as we expecting it to be turns out. if you guys are okay with the hidden fees, no outside food & beverages, quite far from the city and down the hill. goodluck.
