About this house rental

Birdie’s Beautiful Bungalow is located in historic Palmetto Beach, a working class neighborhood a few short minutes to Downtown Tampa, Ybor, Port, Amalie and much more. A spacious single story house with 3 bedrooms ,1 queen bed, 1 full bed and 2 twin beds. Desoto Park is located half a block away on pristine McKay Bay. Explore the city with rental scooters , Ybor nightlife, breweries, Riverwalk, Museums, Busch Gardens and much more. Welcome to Tampa and Historic Ybor!

This historic bungalow was built in 1922, has over 1800 square feet with an abundance of natural light, 12 foot ceilings and fans in every room along with a detailed archway in the main living room. There is a large sunroom that is great for coffee in the morning and has a desk for remote work needs. The property is fenced in, is extremely private with neighbor houses on both sides and has a large back deck off the kitchen.

Guests can park on the street in front of the house. Guests will have full access to the back deck/ back yard, sharing the paved side yard with other guest's if the apartment is being utilized.
