Welcome to 1018 E 14th Ave—our lovingly restored 1905 cigar maker’s home in historic Ybor City. Saved from a DOT demo list, we're only the second family to own her. Is she perfect? No—and we love her that way. Sip coffee on the porch, chat with neighbors, or walk to iconic spots like the 100-year-old La Segunda Bakery, the viral Elevenses (those Cinnabons!), and the lively Ybor strip—just 10 minutes away. A true Tampa gem full of soul, history, and heart.

This is my third stay. Love the proximity to main ybor. For anyone staying soon, the hot tub was off after a couple of days. Hopefully will be working again soon.
