Location to 7th Street was ideal that it was about a mile away so close enough to enjoy the city easily yet far enough away to have quiet time and a good nights sleep.Pictures and descriptions were accurate and our host provided coffee pods for the Keurig use which was a nice plus.Everything was clean and beds comfortable.The backyard area was nice to enjoy the gas firepit available and visit with friends.If I were to recommend anything, it would be to bring your own pillows as they were very thin and uncomfortable. The living room couch needs replaced also. The cushions are sagging and being propped with pillows underneath. We didn't pull out the hide a bed so I don't know if it is operable. For our weekend plans to accommodate 4 adults, this rental was a good choice and I would stay again if in the area.
