Very comfortable house. There were comments about the neighborhood being rough, we felt safe. Neighborhood kids playing across the street was good to see. All quiet by the time we sat by the fire pit. We loved the central location for restaurants, harbor and Bench International Stadium.

It is convenient to Ybor City which we had plans in the area so it worked great for that. Nice private sitting area in back yard.
