Great house very comfortable. Neighbors were very nice. One thing is no back door leading to the back yard. Great location close to everything.

Communication was EXCELLENT! Property was clean and close to the trolley, restaurants and downtown. The pans to cook with were in very bad shape or non-existent. But we enjoyed our stay.

We were quite disappointed with our stay at this VRBO. It was quite a walk to catch the trolley ( not a few blocks as advertised) the house was tidy but could have been cleaner, especially the kitchen. Water pressure was not good, fan in living room did not work, not adequately stocked with necessary equipment. No tea towels or dish cloths. We could not control the heating/ cooling as it was controlled by app on owners phone. We received an email stating to put dishes in dishwasher and run it before leaving. We had washed all our dishes by hand, but opened up dishwasher to see standing water was in the bottom of it and stunk! We tried draining it, but dishwasher obviously wasn’t working and hadn’t been for awhile so it wouldn’t drain. Informed manager but I think he already knew. Door code was hard to use and door didn’t fit right. There were no bins for recycling bottles/cans so had to be put in garage. Not a convenient location as we couldn’t find a nearby grocery store. No batteries in remote in living room and no remote in bedroom with small tv. I emailed about it, but never received a response. Would not rent this property again.
