We have off street parking for two cars, and a super fun outdoor space for entertaining! We are located 5 mins away by car to downtown, and minutes to 7th ave in Ybor City!

The gated backyard was a plus, offering secure off-street parking because the neighborhood felt a bit unsafe. We were not comfortable walking our dog around the neighborhood and there was no grass on the property for our dog. The outdoor area wasn’t well maintained. Inside, the furniture was stained, the flooring was damaged, and some basic essentials like hand towels were missing. Manually opening and closing the gate each time we came and went was inconvenient. With better upkeep, the property could be much more enjoyable.
