- Bedroom 2: with a double bed (140×190), shower room, separate WC and a small adjoining room with a single bed and washbasin
- Bedroom 3: with a double bed (140×190), bathroom with bath and WC
Exterior:
- A private swimming pool (unheated) measuring 9 m x 4 m. Open from 1ᵉʳ May to 15 September.
- Pool-house of 29 m² equipped with a plancha, hob, sink and fridge, coffee maker, ice maker and large table
- An outdoor shower for when you return from the beach
- A lovely 1,200 m² garden, as well as a 17 m² covered terrace (shared by bedrooms 2 and 3) and a 15 m² uncovered private terrace, separate from the flat, furnished with chairs and tables. Ideal for enjoying fine weather.
