House with garden, access to tennis courts and swimming pools

We arrived late and the agent was supportive to meet us at 8 pm, 2 hours later than planned. Check in by the agent was fast. The house had all items and is very beatyfull and has all the things you need for a relaxing vacation with family including a dog- just as advertised on the booking platform. The reason for not giving 5 stars is that the pool was not open and for use at the time of our stay. Having accsess to the pool nearby was the main reason for us to rent the house as we have been traveling with a dog.Nerby Beach for dogs is not allowed and 10 min by car. We addressed this to the landlord and considered leaving the place but decided to stay bcs we only had one week. We also found some of the cuttlery not beeing propperly cleaned. Usualy for us not a big thing but we have neen asked to sign a 3 page check list with penalties also for those items. When we spoke to the landlord after check in over the phone he did not understand our position but he agreed to reimburse us and changed the advert for the house regarding the pool. We would not have rented the house knowing that the pool was not open. He recomended to use the public swimming pool 5 min walking from the house- that was not for us. We had booked a house with accsess to a nearby pool. In the end the house was great, we had a relaxing vacation but left the house with a bitter memory that the landlord did not understand what was important for us. Just not a good match with the landlord, first time for us.

Wir haben eine tolle Woche in La Croix Valmer verbracht. Veronique hat uns pünktlich und herzlich empfangen. Außerdem hat sie uns gleich mit Bettwäsche ausgeholfen. Ich hatte wohl überlesen, dass man diese mitbringen muss. Das Haus ist sehr süß eingerichtet. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet. Die Terrasse ist sehr einladend. Hinter dem Haus sind direkt die Tennisplätze. Nur einer hatte im Oktober noch ein Netz,aber er war morgens immer frei. Im Pool waren wir nur einmal, da es schon etwas kühl war. Etwas den Schlaf störend war das selbst gebaute quietschende Doppelbett im ersten Stock. Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr gut. Man kann zu Fuß zum Bäcker/Supermarkt/Metzger gehen. Auch ist man sofort am Markt. Wir haben insgesamt sehr genossen, und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Das Ferienhaus entsprach ganz den Erwartungen wie auf den Fotos beschrieben. Highlight ist die Terrasse mit Sitzgruppe und der kleine Garten, der abends schön beleuchtet ist. Es war alles sehr sauber und wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Auch die Nähe des Schwimmbades war sehr angenehm. Nicht so gut ist der Treppenabgang zum Haus ohne Geländer, der abends nicht ausreichend beleuchtet ist. Auch ist der Parkplatz vom Haus weit entfernt. Die Straße, die unmittelbar an der Wohnanlage vorbeiführt, ist ziemlich stark befahren und morgens ab 7 Uhr schon sehr laut. Insgesamt ist die kleine Wohnanlage sehr gepflegt und ruhig. Den Müllcontainer gegenüber der Zufahrt zur Anlage haben wir nicht genutzt, da sich dort immer wieder ein Wildschwein aufgehalten hat.
