Ground floor in a large quiet and peaceful modern villa with sea and mountain view, located on a small hill.

- Large wooden terrace overlooking the garden with garden furnitures, barbecue and a great sea view

- Equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, ceramic hob, oven, microwave ...) close to the living room with a massage chair. Large window openings to the garden.

Our family of 5 (3 grown up “kids”) found everything we needed at the clean, modern and well-equipped villa and never tired of the views from the terrace. Our hosts were very accommodating and made us feel very welcome. The villa is in a quiet private road and it is only a short downhill walk to the sandy beach and nearby boulangerie, pizzeria and restaurants. Cavalaire offers free family entertainment in the evenings during high summer and the boat trips from the harbour (walking distance) to the Iles d’Or and St Tropez were a great hit with us all. Overall an excellent place to stay for a seaside holiday for all age groups. We whole-heartedly reccommend.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans ce logement. Je vais commencer par les points négatifs : - il est indiqué une chambre en enfilade pour les enfants, mais cette chambre est également sans fenêtre. Et la 3ème chambre, avec un grand lit, a une seule petite fenêtre qui donne sur la chambre principale. Tout ça n'est pas forcément gênant, mais ce serait mieux de le savoir avant. - certains équipements sont vieillots : assiettes et verres ébréchées, casseroles très rayées, parasols cassés, tiroirs abîmés, etc. Ensuite les points positifs : - emplacement parfait, proche des commerces et de la plage, au calme - vue très agréable, terrasse parfaite, avec terrain de pétanque - intérieur moderne - propriétaire très sympa, arrangeant, disponible - très bon rapport qualité prix En bref, je recommande ce logement !!!

Eine sehr geschmackvoll und modern eingerichtete Wohnung im Erdgeschoß einer Doppelhaushälfte mit einem traumhaften Außenbereich und sehr schönem Blick auf das Meer und die Hügellandschaft. Man kann sich hier rundum wohlfühlen, das Haus liegt am Ende einer Sackgasse in einer ruhigen und gepflegten Wohngegend. Der Strand und der Bäcker sind fußläufig erreichbar, andere Strände sind nur wenige Autominuten entfernt. Besonders gut hat uns der Kontakt zum überaus freundlichen Vermieter und seiner Familie gefallen. Die Erreichbarkeit war jederzeit gegeben und die Beantwortung aller Fragen war absolut unkompliziert. Wir können die Wohnung bedenkenlos weiterempfehlen.

Maison superbe, moderne, propre, la vue est magnifique sur le port et la montagne, la terrasse est ensoleillée du matin jusqu'au soir un vrai plaisir. Près de la plage. un parking pour garer la voiture dans la résidence à 20 m. Hâte de revenir à l'année prochaine.

Nous avons loué la Villa le temps d'un weekend pour nous ressourcer et nous n'avons pas été déçu ! La villa est propre et très bien équipé, la vue depuis la terrasse est un vrai régal et le quartier est calme. Le tout à quelques minutes de la ville, de la plage et du port. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir :)

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans la propriété de Monsieur et Madame Bontemps, tout s'est déroulé impeccablement. Nous étions à 4 en famille (dont 2 enfants) et la villa a été d'un confort très appréciable, que ce soit au niveau de l'accueil que nous avons reçu de la part des propriétaires, qui ont su être disponibles pour nous aiguiller sur comment nous rendre à la villa ainsi que leurs recommendations concernant ce qu'il y a à faire sur Cavalaire, mais également au niveau de la propriété en elle-même qui est très propre, équipée et calme. Nous avons eu le bonheur de profiter de la terrasse qui offre une vue vraiment magnifique..! C'est une villa parfaite pour passer des vacances entre amis ou en famille - nos enfants ainsi que ma femme et moi-même avons adoré ce séjour !

Nous avons passé un très bon moment en famille dans cette villa confortable. La déco est moderne et tout est vraiment très propre. Elle aussi très bien située (on est a la plage en 10min tranquillement a pied) et on peut se garer très facilement. Les propriétaires sont très gentils et je n'hésiterais pas à revenir si je dois repasser des vacances dans le sud.

Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances avec enfants et petits enfants dans cette Maison au calme, très agréable, lumineuse, propre et pratique donnant sur une terrasse spacieuse avec une vue magnifique sur la baie de Cavalaire et les collines, très agréable en fin d'après-midi. Facile d'accès. Nous avons apprécié l'accueil des propriétaires et leur disponibilité, toujours attentifs à nos demandes. Attendons avec impatience la construction de la future piscine qui serait un +. Nous y retournerons sans hésiter.
