About this house rental
Salt air and the rhythm of breaking waves meet you the moment you step through the door. This five-bedroom oceanfront home in St. Johns County puts the Atlantic directly in front of you - wide, uninterrupted water views from multiple levels, and the shoreline just steps from the deck. Mornings here begin with ocean light and the calls of seabirds; evenings settle into the warm glow of the horizon from the balcony. Sorry, no pets.
Living space
Spread across three levels, the home comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests with well-arranged, open living areas. The main level looks out over the water, with a wide balcony running the full length of the home - an ideal spot to simply sit and watch the Atlantic. Inside, generous seating surrounds an HDTV with streaming capability (no cable). Wi-Fi reaches throughout, and a dedicated workspace with a desk gives focused tasks their own corner away from the rest of the home.
Kitchen & dining
The full kitchen is set up for everything from quick breakfasts to full sit-down dinners. Appliances include a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and toaster, along with BBQ utensils for outdoor cooking. A breakfast bar offers a casual perch for morning coffee, while two dining tables bring the whole group together with ease.
Sleeping arrangements
Three ocean-facing bedrooms on the third floor open directly onto the balcony. The primary suite features a king bed and an ensuite bathroom. Two additional bedrooms each have a queen bed and share a hallway bathroom. On the lower level, a king bedroom has its own full bathroom - note that this room does not open to the back deck. A separate bunk room on the same floor sleeps additional guests across two sets of bunk beds and also includes a wraparound couch, coffee table, TV, and games - a flexible space for both sleeping and lounging. The lower-level bathroom includes a door leading out to the back deck and down toward the ocean, providing convenient outside access.
Outdoor living
Multiple balconies and a beachfront deck offer plenty of room to take in the coastal setting at any hour. A path leads directly from the deck down to the beach, putting the shoreline within easy reach. Beach towels and chairs are provided for your stay.
Parking & arrival
Free driveway parking for up to three vehicles. Self check-in via keypad makes for a smooth, flexible arrival on your schedule.

Great place to meet up w/family for a stay right on the beach. Plenty of beach chairs, towels, outside showers and a beach accessible bathroom! Beautiful interior with decks/balconies on every level to watch the sunrise with our coffee, and lots of seating for our family meals. Kids enjoyed their stay in the bunkroom with their own TV, although not used much as they preferred to go turtle watching at night! Overall great place and will come again!

When I booked this house for our family of 11 (7 adults, 4 teens), there were no reviews, so I’m hoping to share what would’ve helped us. Positives: The home was clean, huge and beautifully decorated. We had plenty of space to spread out, the views were AMAZING from all sides of the house, we were steps from the beach, there’s a ton of deck space, the kitchen was well stocked with quality kitchenware, appliances & everything we needed to cook all meals. Water pressure & A/C worked great! Loved all the tables/chairs/couches for people to sit, eat or work. The beach was uncrowded and felt almost private. We even got to witness sea turtles hatching one night! Negatives: The front of the home sits on a busy road (55+mph traffic). The traffic noise is noticeable at certain times day & night. If you want to go for a walk on a sidewalk, you’ll have to drive somewhere. The beds/mattresses in the 2 guest rooms upstairs & bunk room downstairs were not very comfortable. Most noticeable from a maintenance perspective was that the handles on the exterior sliding glass doors were almost completely rusted off (just nubs remain to pull open/close the main doors leading to the balcony). These negatives could be overlooked at a lower price point, and I only mention that because I noticed that the price we booked it at was about $500/night higher than what I currently see as the nightly rate, (and we did not book during a holiday) so it was disappointing to feel like we overpaid. Prices are market driven and range from $400-$900/night, so keep that in mind when booking. Would we stay here again? Absolutely! But probably not at full price.
