    Only one lift working, very slow lift during peak period morning breakfast and after noon during checkout time. Lift always full. Others facilities and staff all very good👍

    Very nice and comfortable hotel. I booked for superior room but they said finish already so they offer us bigger room and the room was so nice and huge i love it! Just the amenities jusr few only.

    A bad experience for this hotel. The receptionist wasn’t really helpful during the checkout. Only 1 lift available and another 1 broken. With wet and moisture smell in the corridor. Room was somewhat ok. Just beware of leaving anything behind during checkout as they won’t check the room for any leftover thing at all. Left my ring in the room and it was never been found again. When i ask back the receptionist and she was kinda unfriendly to tell me it was gone and never check it.
