This rental has a 30 day minimum requirement.
Pets will need to be approved per booking with pet deposit.
There will be Monthly cleaning at tenant's expense and utilities over $250 per month will be deducted from Tenant's $1,000 Electricity deposit. Please inquire within.
Please note, we will prepare an Arizona standard AAR lease agreement with all bookings once accepted.
If you are interested in using the tennis or pickleball courts during your stay, please let us know at the time of booking so we can set you up with the app to reserve the court.
