About this house rental
This is our second vacation home in the same neighborhood. Our first one has has been awarded Premier Status just around the corner on Raintree Drive in the McDowell Mountain Ranch neighborhood of North Scottsdale. This house has 3 bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms. Updated kitchen with new furniture, Linens, TV,S (65" and 60 ") full cable and WiFi. The view from the beautiful back yard is unobstructed of the McDowell Mountain Range with no neighbors in view. Since the house has just been listed and does not yet have reviews please check the reviews on our 1st vacation home which is literally in the same neighborhood VRBO 1498666. around the corner.
As you will see from the Pictures the yard has a pool and a new 3 hole putting green with putters included. The back patio also has a built in BBQ for your enjoyment. We are located less than 1 mile from the Phil Michelson owned McDowell Mountain golf club, two recreation centers in the community both having year round heated pools, tennis courts,basketball and Pickle ball courts with free access for our guests. Down the road we also have the Scottsdale Aquatic center, which can be used for a nominal fee.
In addition we also have the Arabian Library next door. McDowell Mountain Ranch is situated in North Scottsdale , Home of the Waste Management TPC Golf Tournament less than 7 miles from the house and also the World Famous WestWorld home of the Barrett Jackson car auction and the Arabian Horse show among other great shows and exhibitions. Scottsdale boasts about 23 golf courses . The abundance of restaurants including Maestros, Fleming s , Eddie V, Capitol Grill, Maggiano's, Cheese Cake Factory, Preston' s and many more make this part of Scottsdale is a very popular vacation destination both in the summer and winter months. By the way remember in the summer its a dry heat. We are also located very close to Casinos and shopping for all tastes.

Location is super, easy access to everything. House is comfortable and has everything you need. We enjoyed the community pool and playground. The Javalina walking trails were great for some daily exercise. Beds were comfortable. We used the playpen and high chair for our Grandson, very handy. Brand new fridge. Dishwasher is original and should be replaced. Outside stacking chairs are not the most comfortable. Phillip was great to deal with and seems concerned that everything was in order for us. We loved McDowell area!

House would be better if all the fake plants were removed and newer furniture and art were added. The outdoor furniture is not comfortable and the loungers were broken. You might get a repeat customer if the house wasn’t so dated.

I called Phillip a couple days before checking in to inquire about his coffee maker. I told him I was packing and needed to determine if he had a Keurig. He said pack your cartridges and he go out and buy one. He then sent me a text to inform me it was handed.
That’s just a small example for his guests concerns.
This property is set up perfectly. Updated fully stocked kitchen. There was a 12 pack of beer in the fridge and much more.
I highly recommend this house if you are looking for a nice place to stay. The putting green, swimming pool, fire pit and BBQ are nice for outdoor living. The community park is great for everyone. Tennis courts, heated pool and a beautiful playground for kids.
