Casa Highland is a single story (no stairs) home located on the ridge in Fountain Hills, bordering Scottsdale. High ceilings and tasteful décor make you feel right at home. You will find 3 bedrooms and 3.5 baths. The Master offers a King bed w/ SMART TV, huge attached bathroom with soaker tub and walk in shower. The 2nd guest suite has a Queen bed w/ SMART TV and attached bath featuring a tub/shower combo. The 3rd and final guest bedroom has a Queen bed w/ SMART TV. It has a detached full bath with combo tub/shower.
The great room has a large open kitchen with bar, eat in kitchen, large family room w/ SMART TV and natural gas fireplace.
Out back is the entertainers paradise with MANY seating and dining options, a bar area, BBQ, natural gas fireplace to cozy up to and optional heated pool***! Relax and take in some mountain views...
A few other features:
2 garage spaces available for parking
Office area with desk and chair
Printer located in master closet
Electric lock
Lemon, lime and orange trees (in season)
All linens, bath & pool towels provided; free WIFI.
***Please note $350/week or $1300/month fee to heat the pool (to 85 degrees) in the winter if desired; upon request only.
***Sorry NO PETS allowed.
***$400/month Electric Cap in the summer months (June through September). Guests agree to this policy upon booking and are liable for the overages. $400/mth should cover it unless it is abused.

My wife and I very much enjoyed our six week stay at this home in Fountain Hills. Our daughter and niece joined us for about a week, the four of us were very comfortable in this spacious 3 bedroom home. Great backyard patio in a quiet neighborhood. Home was very clean and well appointed. Convenient to the center of Fountain Hills and to Scottsdale. The property manager is excellent, very responsive to any questions we had. Highly recommend this home.

From morning Keurig coffee to grilling at night with friends, Casa Highland was just the right snowbird retreat for us. We found check in with Latitude 8 seamless and the house well stocked with bath and cleaning essentials upon arrival. Our first evening was spent enjoying the patio as we watched the light changing on the mountain ranges. The shadows lengthen and give way to stars in this Fountain Hills dark sky community, truly a lovely area. Landscaping was bursting with colorful blooms, lemon & lime trees in season, and the pool protected from the morning breeze. The split floor plan has beautiful decor in the open kitchen and living areas with a comfortable master suite. One bay of the garage was open for our use and bikes a fun surprise. We look forward to staying at Casa Highland again.
