With almost 2000 square feet of spread out room and 20' high ceilings, space and privacy are in ample supply in this two story 3 bedroom, 3 bath unit. The three bedrooms sleep six with availability for two more in the open den nook area. Cherry cabinets, a walk in pantry, and a breakfast nook will make you feel right at home.
WHEN YOU'RE READY FOR MORE
You are 15 minutes from Fashion Square in Scottsdale and a day trip from world famous Sedona and Flagstaff, Arizona. If you are up for an adventure, you can trek your way out to the Grand Canyon and make a weekend of it. The Rim area too is an easy to get to attractions worth the trip. If you are a golfer, there are 5 gold courses within 5 minutes of your Desert Vista Condo. Your southwestern golfing experience awaits you with close by courses that include Eagle Mountain, WekoPa, Sunridge Canyon, Fire Rock, and Desert Canyon.

My husband and I spent 3 months here as we transitioned from Seattle to the Phoenix area. Fountain Hills is a beautiful community surrounded by mountains filled with hiking and biking trails. This condo includes everything needed for a long or short stay. It is a perfect place to relax and unwind. We spent many a morning sitting on the patio together. It was so quiet and peaceful. The desert is right out the back door and the community pool is right out the front door! It seemed to be rarely used by others in this friendly, small community of condos so we had it to ourselves most of the time. There is a wonderful park across the street with a walking trail, soccer fields, a playground, a skate park and two dog parks. Our dogs loved it! The world famous Fountain Hills fountain can even be seen from the condo. Fountain Park is just a short distance away and features a water pad and multiple playgrounds for the kids and a great walking trail with lots of water life along the way (and a very nice Frisbee golf course). While there are plenty of good restaurants in Fountain Hills, Scottsdale and the metro Phoenix area are only a short drive away. We would highly recommend this condo to anyone!

This rental is a great property with an unusually cool feature...a panoramic view of the open desert from the back patio. Great for star gazing and seeing the AZ wildlife. From the back patio you are world away, but a short 3 minute drive will get you to some amazing restaurants and walking trails in Fountain Hills. The unit is clean, has a great kitchen and fast WiFi. Highly recommended.

My family and I needed a place to stay in a pinch and Scott came through, big time!! His understanding of our needs and willingness to accommodate us made for an absolutely wonderful experience. Scott is a very gracious host and was attentive to all of our needs. In addition to the owner's hospitality, the backyard view is beautiful during the day (gorgeous mountains & landscape) and at night (star ridden skies). I would highly recommend this property!!
