Property was extremely clean and spacious. New washer and dryer and recently remodeled. Entrances into pool are through bedroom and kitchen which is very convenient.

Arrived after dark. Fountain Hills is a dark sky community and there is very little ambient light. We could not see an address from the street, and there was a truck in the driveway and lights on in the house. We texted the owner but didn't get a reply (ever).Home was a bit bare (no towel racks, toilet paper holder, end tables by bed). Wifi router was on a bedroom floor where in front of a closet. Another bedroom did not have any window coverings. Door to backyard missing a top hinge which made it awkward to use.. Nice backyard, had a shade umbrella but no base so it was unusable. Total of 3 coffee cups and bowls. No drip coffee machine. Front door had gaps around the enclosure which made us wonder how secure it was.However, the neighborhood was very nice and the location served us well.
