Single level home with fantastic views of Four Peaks, Red Rock, the Fountain and the town. Bright and spacious great room with vaulted high ceiling, picture windows and skylights. Enjoy outdoor living on the huge covered patio or by the pool. 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms can accommodate a large family or up to 3 couples. The third bedroom features a queen sofa bed and a dedicated work area and can serve as an office for remote workers. Heated pool in season, February to November, weather permitting - night temperature at least 58F.
Fountain Hills is fully serviced great community for vacation or retirement, with spectacular views and countless activities: golf, biking, RVing, hiking. The house is conveniently located close to the best the town has to offer.
