Welcome to our recently refurnished townhouse in the heart of Fountain Hills, Arizona! Conveniently located just steps away from Fountain Park and within walking distance to the vibrant downtown area, this property offers the perfect mix of relaxation and fun.
Our 3-bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home has a timeless southwestern look with hardwood accents that provide a warm, comfortable rustic feel.
Enjoy a quiet night by the indoor fireplace, breakfast in the dining room, coffee and birdwatching on the back patio, or a BBQ with family and friends in our private backyard.
Each of the three bedrooms have brand new beds and plenty of closet space. The master bedroom has vaulted ceilings, a private bathroom, two walk in closets, a dedicated workspace (desk and chair) as well as access to a shared balcony. The fully equipped kitchen comes with a refrigerator, freezer, dual oven, stove, garbage disposal, microwave and dishwasher. The living room has ample seating and a large 65 inch smart TV for streaming apps. We also offer a queen size inflatable mattress for the living room upon request.
Take advantage of the beautiful Arizona sunshine or stargazing in the privacy of your own backyard. With two free parking spots, and ample street parking you won't have to worry about finding a place to park.

The house was super clean and comfy, great space including the backyard and patio, and great location in Fountain Hills. The host also responded quickly to questions. I would definitely consider staying here again.

As advertised, everything was top shelf. Great location forvthe 3 different golf courses we planned to play. Plenty of local restaurants. If you like casinos, there are 2 fairly close by. Very nice condo.

We loved the place for our weekend stay. It was very clean, comfortable and a great location near the park. Our host was very easy to contact and responded promptly to all questions.

Awesome Hosts and the Townhome is beautiful with everything provided for a wonderful vacation. Super soft bath towels and sheets, so comfortable just like home. Highly recommend if you are planning a visit to Fountain Hills.
