The view never gets old. All photos are actually taken in or from the condo. No obstructions to the view and beach is that close. So many people ask how close the beach is? Go down the elevator past the pool and you are there ! 🤦Don’t over think it ! You can hear the waves no problem. 🌊. Everything you need is included and not just one roll of TP like some places lol . Bring your food, luggage and be ready for a great vacation. We are local owners not a faceless company. We want you to enjoy your stay and return again to stay with us.

It’s less than two minutes from my door to the sand. It’s about 50 feet to the elevator and then it’s about 300 feet to the sand. I actually walked it and it was a minute and 38 seconds so don’t be confused with the nine minute walk stated by VRBO.

Clean and comfortable. Great location and beach access. Great beach service and happy to have extra beach chairs available. No window covering on 2nd bedroom window. We used that room for our luggage/changing area so rigged up a curtain w a sheet. Overall great stay!

We had the most beautiful weekend in Destin. The condo was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. And the beach is steps away. The host was communicative and very accommodating. I would definitely stay here again.
