Take advantage of seasonal amenities, including beach chair/umbrella rentals (fee), an outdoor tiki bar, and splash pad. Truly unwind in the outdoor hot tub, sauna, and steam room. Maintain your workout regime in the fitness facility housing both cardio and strength training equipment and be sure and grab complimentary DVD rentals to enjoy at your leisure. SunDestin Beach Resort houses more than 3,000 s.f. of meeting space, so keep us in mind when booking receptions, reunions, and professional events. Our warm and friendly Scenic Stays team will be available throughout your stay via our 24-hour on-site front desk should any questions arise.
SunDestin Unit 1010 is a spacious, fully loaded one bedroom, one- and one-half bathroom condo accommodating up to six. Get cozy in this inviting retreat ready to welcome you with open arms right upon entrance! The fully appointed kitchen has plenty of counter and cabinet space, ideal for food preparation and serving hors devours, tropical drinks, and three-course meals. The whole crew can enjoy a movie or game on the flat-screen TV in the living room or catch a one-of-a-kind Florida sunset on the private balcony! Sleeping options are plentiful with a queen-sized sleeper sofa in the living room, twin bunks nestled in the hall, and a king-sized bed in the private master suite, with a flat-screen TV and en suite bathroom.
There’s no shortage of things to do in Destin and our centrally located resort is right in the middle of everything. From pontoon boat rentals to afternoon shopping, to local eateries, it’s all just minutes from property!
Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden.
Please note that La Dolce Vita is the beach service vendor for this property. While beach service rentals are not included in your stay, you can easily contact them directly for all your rental needs.

We are thoughtfully welcoming reservations now and throughout the spring while setting clear expectations in advance to ensure a comfortable, positive stay during this improvement phase.
These enhancements are designed to elevate the guest experience for years to come, and we look forward to welcoming guests in Summer 2026 to a beautifully refreshed SunDestin Beach Resort—one that reflects the level of care, comfort, and coastal hospitality our owners and guests expect.***Please note: As part of an exciting resort enhancement project, some amenities at SunDestin Beach Resort remain under construction, including the restaurant, outdoor pools, steam room, and spa. Please note that the splash pad is currently not operable and will remain closed until further notice while ownership determines future plans for the area. The fitness center remains open for guest use during this time.

Large family booked three rooms and all three were great. They were stocked with everything we needed for a great trip. Checked in and out was quick and easy. We will return.

Staff very pleasant. Facility is a bit dated but met our needs. Felt more like a hotel. Location was great and right on the beach. Struggled with phone/WiFi connection while there. Nice to have a restaurant and shop on site.

Check in was easy! However, parking is limited and the overflow parking is across the street, a block away without any lighting in gravel; behind a closed down Chick-fil-A. Getting a cart to load and unload is a nightmare.The room itself had an old musty smell. The tub and one bathroom sink did not drain well with the tub filling up during a quick shower. The shower curtain fell numerous times in our 6 night stay. The carpet from the bedroom to the tile in the hallway had carpet nails exposed. The AC unit is on the balcony and makes it very cramped and hot/uncomfortable. A section of the mirror in the living room was missing with glue exposed on the wall. Be aware that you may NOT use a personal umbrella on the beach and will be required to rent one until 5:00PM if you want an umbrella. However, you can set up canopy and tents behind the rented ones, which seems ridiculous. Not sure what the difference is between a personal umbrella and canopy on the beach. I will not be booking at SunDestin again.
