Cocoonr/Book&Pay offers this 50 m² duplex apartment for rent in Reims that can accommodate up to 5 people. Located on the ground floor, it comprises a 25 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom (with bath). Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

Ground floor:
- 25 m² living room with sofa, TV and dining area
- Open-plan kitchen with appliances including electric kettle, oven, microwave, hob, etc.
- Separate WC
First floor:
- Bedroom 1: with double bed (140x190)
- Bedroom 2: bunk bed with a double bed below (140x190) and a single bed (90x190) above
- Bathroom with bath
- Separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.
The duplex is ideally located in Reims, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

- Saint-Rémi Basilica
- Mars Gate
- Museum of the Surrender
