les 3 logements sont correctement équipés même si c'est succint. 2 des trois lits étaient assez confortables. Le chauffage marche bien dans chacune des chambres. Idem pour la douche. La proximité du tram pour aller dans le centre de Reims qui est un peu éloigné.
Le prix de chacun des logements est excessif pour la qualité des chanmbres. Les meubles sont dépareillés, la peinture est mal posée, aucune décoration fait que les chambres sont assez tristes. Tout est est de qualité très moyenne. Dans la chambre du RDC les appliques ne sont reliées à aucune prise. l'immeuble est très mal isolé et donne sur une rue assez passante avec le tram. La visio surveillance fait qu'une voix vous parle sans que vous voyez la personne. C'est surprenant...
