Sentralt og rent i leiligheten
Ikke heis, 59 trange trapper, vanskelig med stor koffert. Manglet skikkelig dør mellom kjøkken og bad. Ingen AC. Svært knirkete gulv som forstyrret når man gikk gjennom et soverom til et annet for å komme på «bad». Ingen nødutgang. Brannfelle!
