Located on the 1ᵉʳ floor (no lift) of a house (separate entrance), it comprises as follows:
- A 30 m² living room with sofa, TV and dining area open to the kitchen
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedrooms 1 & 2: each with a queen-size bed (160×200) and dressing area
- Bedroom 3: with a pull-out bed (sleeps 2) and dressing room
- Bathroom with bath and double washbasin
- Separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- A 20 m² west-facing terrace with a bioclimatic pergola and furniture to make the most of the fine weather.
- An enclosed, landscaped garden of 300 m², facing south, with charcoal barbecue and children's play area.
