House in the Center of Sóller

The house features stairs leading to the bedrooms. On the ground floor, you will find the living room and kitchen. The first floor has two bedrooms and the main bathroom, while the second floor offers two additional bedrooms, one with an en-suite bathroom. The third floor contains another sleeping room. In the cellar, there is a laundry room, a bathroom, and access to the garden.



Air conditioning is available in the living room and the two bedrooms on the first floor. Please note that the rooms on the second and third floors do not have air conditioning and may become warm during the summer months.



Free parking is available outside the blue zone, approximately 1 km away.
