Villa Frontera

Fantastic location only a few minutes walk from Sóller town. The pool area and views of the mountains are wonderful. The owners were quick to help sort any issues we had. The house is well-equipped to make for a comfortable stay.

Communication with the owners could be improved. For example, the security deposit needed to be paid in cash upon arrival but this was never told to us despite me both emailing and whatsapping the owners. The two bathrooms are both en-suite which was awkward for the people in the third (non en-suite) bedroom.

Fantastic location, we do like Soller town, plenty to do

The house is a true Mallorca design, but updated with modern kitchen, which is well equipped. The location is right next to the charming town of Soller and a few kilometers from Port of Soller, easy to locate too. Supermarket is right on the other side of the road. Great access to the western coast of Mallorca, which in our eyes are the prettiest coastline on the island. The house is surrounded with lemon and orange plantation, has a nice cosy garden for relaxing and outside covered dining/bbq area. Parking facilities for several cars. Would be ideal place for self supplied cyclist as well, bike rental shop with good selection in Port Soller. Good AC/heating if necessary.

The bed on the 2nd floor is on the small side, extra charge (although small amount) for 2 persons above 4 - we stayed 6 persons at the house. We would have liked to have firewood for the old oven for the chilly evenings, but then relied on the modern heating facilities.

no wardrobes, very expensive for what it was. Two en -suite bathrooms were nice but it was a huge problem for us that there was not a separate bathroom/ toilet for the third bedroom (one of the best rooms). It made the holiday awkward for the third couple. One bedroom only had a curtain and no door!! Not acceptable for such an expensive villa.
