Excellent host - excellent communication! Apartment was perfect. It had everything we needed for our stay in soller. A short walk to the centre.

Easy to deal with the owners. Brilliant location. Lovely clean accommodation.

Might have been nice to have had some spare rubbish bags.

Wspaniały apartament, bardzo blisko centrum i przystanków autobusowych. Bardzo dobrze wyposażony. Cicha spokojna okolica, bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielem. Polecam!

This property has a garage with a parking spot and ample bike storage. There is a nice view out the kitchen window. There is a washing machine, which is inaccurately missing from the property description.

This property is managed by Mallorcan Born Properties. I stayed in two of their properties on my trip. They do not collect fees in entirety on any of the rental platforms (vrbo, Airbnb, and booking.com), as is customary in the industry. You will get a WhatsApp message from an agent the night before arrival asking you to transfer funds to a bank account for “taxes”. They do not communicate through the websites, nor do they tell you the amount of the taxes or consider you are likely in transit. This check-in process is incredibly off putting and inconvenient. The fees are nominal compared to the rental prices and bit of a head scratcher as to why they can not figure out how to pay these taxes out of the high rental rates charged like other owners and landlords do on the island. My interactions with the agent were strained and difficult because of this surprising and poor business practice. I would not stay with this company again. Additionally, they seem to be working with a property management team out of Germany. I inquired about the amenities in the apartment and was given the wrong information. The German company does not respond quickly to emails. They send an automatic note that they have a high volume of emails, apparently making it ok not to provide timely customer service. Not cool Bookiply—-hire more people!! The property is simply furnished and decorated. The common area is far too small to comfortably accommodate the number of people this apartment sleeps. Kitchen knives are poor quality. The Wi-Fi password is not in the house manual or on the box. This property is neat and clean, but seems to be over-priced based on what is available in the area unless the parking space is truly that valuable.
