Can Guixa

Can Guixa is a beautiful villa, with a fab swimming pool and outdoor space. it is very clean, and the kitchen is well stocked with cooking utensils. it is quiet and in the perfect location for a short stroll into Soller.. There are fantastic views of the mountains. And it is very private. We have stayed there twice out of our four visits to Soller and we really really like it!!!

Este o casă superbă, localizată aproape de centrul Soller, la 8 min de mers pe jos. Casă este foarte bine împărțită, cu tot ce ai nevoie, multe locuri unde poți sta împreună cu familia sau prietenii. Are un view extraordinar către munți, iar noi cel mai mult ne-am bucurat de piscină și de curte. Am putut vizita foarte multe locuri, fiind aproape de orașele și plajele din partea de nord-vest.

Gute Lage, sehr gutes W-LAN. Geräumig und sauber.

Prinzipiell ist das Haus mit den aktuellen Heizmöglichkeiten nicht im Winter geeignet. Nur ein Kerosin-Heizgerät und ein elektrisches Heizgerät reichen nicht aus, um den Wohnraum, die Küche und die beiden Bäder einigermaßen zu wärmen. Wir haben wirklich fast immer gefroren. Die Schlafzimmer können über die Klimaanlagen beheizt werden. In einem Schlafzimmer funktionierte die aber nicht. Auch das TV funktionierte nicht während unseres Aufenthalt. Insgesamt hat das Haus eine Ausstattung, die zum Teil abgewohnt, abgenutzt und nicht mehr attraktiv ist. Schade, denn das Haus hat sicherlich Potenzial.
