Can Garrova - Villa espectacular con piscina

The location was fantastic and the place was huge, considering it was so central! Lots of outdoor areas to sit and enjoy and it was full equipped with everything you’d need!

The location was lovely seven minutes walk into town and we found a lovely restaurant just up the road to eat at The pool was clean and the pool area had lots of seating. We were provided with towels for the Pool as well. The bedrooms were large and spacious. It was a quirky old world building with lots of character and 36 steps to the top bedrooms There are four double beds and one room had an extra side bedroom with a single bed in The two front bedrooms, face the street and the dustbin men come around about 11 o’clock at night ( every night) and there is some road noise but not enough to disturb anyone sleeping in those bedrooms There was a washing machine and tumble dryer, although we didn’t need the tumble dryer, obviously We were provided with two bath towels and two hand towels each and we stayed for nine days. We weren’t provided with clean sheets for the bed, but we could’ve washed them and we were aware of this before we visited For anybody that has mobility issues, there are quite a few steps but there are handrails If you have children that Pool area is fenced off There is a gorgeous lemon tree in the garden with lots of fruit on at the moment

There wasn’t a lot we didn’t like, however the back door to the terrace was sticking and we were worried that we were going to break it as it was getting quite stiff and catching on the floor tiles

It is a beautiful, impressive, historic villa. It is a short walk to the main square in Soller. It is the perfect residence for relaxation. There is minor traffic noise during the night for the two bedrooms facing the road- a narrow one way street. We still slept well.

The parking wasn’t made clear in the description. There is a designated space in a small multi-storey at €20 per day with a 5-6 minute walk. There is free parking with a 10-12 minute walk. The Eroski supermarket is a 12-14 minute walk away. There is very little substantial grocery shopping in the town. The villa was perfect for us as we’re reasonably fit. I could only find two faults - a cracked lavatory seat on the first floor and a sticking door to the patio. None of this put us off and we would re-book in the future.
