Just minutes from all the Portage Lakes hot spots, guests can enjoy the most vibrant atmosphere the region has to offer. You’ll also find yourself close to the Tudor House on Manchester Road, Cuyahoga Valley National Park, Firestone Country Club, the Pro Football Hall of Fame, and more — offering endless opportunities for outdoor adventure and exploration!
As you step through the door, you’ll be greeted by breathtaking views of the tranquil waters stretching out before you — inviting you to unwind and embrace the serenity of your surroundings.
Indulge in the luxury of space as you explore the open-concept living area, thoughtfully adorned with plush furnishings and tasteful decor. Sink into the huge custom sectional couch, sip a glass of wine, and relax in the 4-person hot tub located on the patio, complete with a lake view.
The heart of the home is the fully equipped kitchen, featuring granite countertops, modern appliances, and everything you need to create culinary delights. Cook with locally sourced ingredients or gather around the island with seating for four or the dining table with seating for six — perfect for memorable meals and great conversation.
After a day of adventure, retreat to one of the two luxurious master suites this home proudly offers:
• The first-floor master suite features a king-size adjustable Sleep Number bed for customized comfort, a spa-like private bathroom with a soaking tub, a beautifully tiled walk-in shower, and double sink vanity. Step directly onto the patio and into the hot tub through your own private sliding glass door.
• Upstairs, the master loft suite boasts breathtaking lake views, a king-size adjustable Sleep Number bed, blackout privacy curtains for deep rest or romantic sunrises, a cozy reading nook with a chair and table, and its own private full bathroom — offering a peaceful, secluded retreat.
The home also features two additional bedrooms — one with a queen-size bed and one with a full-size bed — which share a fully updated bathroom, ensuring everyone in your group has a comfortable space to unwind. A convenient half bathroom is located just off the main living area for added comfort.
For guests needing to work remotely or simply enjoy the view, there’s a dedicated office desk with an inspiring lakefront backdrop — the perfect space to stay productive or daydream a little.

Important Note About Lake Access:
This home features true lake access, which is rare and highly valued in this area—especially for those wanting a weekend adventure with kayaks or paddleboards! However, we want to be fully transparent: we have a dock where you can launch your non-motorized watercraft (kayaks, paddleboard, etc) the shoreline is owned by the State of Ohio, and while guests are absolutely permitted to access it, it is natural, rocky, and not ideal for inexperienced swimmers or children. If you’re comfortable with nature’s edge, you’ll love the chance to launch directly into the peaceful waters of the North Reservoir — and we even provide two complimentary kayaks for you to enjoy.
