We loved the amenities, the games, the hot tub, the amount of sitting space in the living room, and the close location to Cuyahoga. Even though what I didnt like is longer, there were more positives and I would still recommend this place for what it is, a place to sleep and relax. I just wanted to give details of the megstive so it can be fixed for the future but ultimately we wouldn't have an issue staying again.
Hot tub was perfectly heated and pretty clean. The fame room was super fun for the kids. They spent alot of time there. Thank goodness for the box fans in every closet to help with the heat.
I did not like having to go to a different site to access the home. I had to find a text, click on the link, which then brought me to a different website, had to put info on there (which I was worried about doing), just to get access to the house. Then, I sat outside for a good 10 mins or more trying to lock the door which I could only do through that other site I had to go through but couldn't hit lock until I did a survey about my check in before being able to lock the door. My experience would've been alot better if it weren't for that other app and that I had to do a survey before being able to just lock the door to leave.
I also wish there was a welcome packet that had the wifi information on there, check in and checkout information, and even offers of places in the area to go to for eating and such. It helps to personalize the place. It felt more company type of owned house. Not to mention, trying to access the internet to ask what the wifi info was, a little impossible to do. Having that information there would've been extremely helpful along with knowing what to do with wet towels from hot tub or which towels to use, things like that.
There were some big hair balls on the floors. My daughter stepped on one and tracked it along closer to the door where I couldn't believe one that big was sitting right there.
The last thing that we didn't care for is the heat upstairs. It would get super hot up there but luckily they have fans in the closets for every room which helped alot.
