This home is monitored by neighbors and staff who notify us instantly if a party or event takes place. If an unauthorized gathering happens, your reservation will be terminated on the spot and you’ll be required to vacate immediately without a refund (this includes no refunds on any unused nights). Any cleanup related to a party or "gathering" no matter the size will also incur additional cleaning fees and labor/material fees for any damages that were caused.
🚫Renters must be 21 years or older to book and stay.
🤫 Noise:
Please keep noise to a minimum when outside. We use decibel readers (they don’t record conversations) to monitor levels.
🔇 Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM
💸 Excessive noise may result in a $500 fine due to past neighbor complaints.
🚭 Smoking:
No smoking inside the house — $500 fine for violation
Smoking outside is allowed
🚫 Strictly Prohibited :
Underage drinking or drug use
Unauthorized guests

Avoid confetti, glitter, water beads, balloons, or tiny plastic/glass/metal pieces.

If the property is equipped with a grill, guests are responsible for refilling the propane tank if needed—but don’t worry, just send us the receipt and we’ll reimburse you!
If it’s a charcoal grill, be sure to bring your own charcoal. Happy grilling!

Max 2 dogs: $125 flat fee
Requests for 3rd or 4th dogs are subject to approval and an additional $100

📌A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. 📌NOTE: Refunds will be issued minus any applicable Stripe payment processing fees, which are not recoverable on our end.

The property was exactly as advertised and perfect for our needs. Greatly appointed kitchen. Awesome amenities. Perfect for our dogs. Everything you need is very close. Beds were super comfortable. We loved it. If we are ever back in the area we will certainly be staying there again.

This stay was comfortable. The first day I used the hot tub, and then used the yoga studio garage to do some yoga and sauna. It was a great way to start a long weekend. We cooked almost all our meals in the house, and there was plenty of plates, utencils, etc. We enjoyed the Cuyahoga Falls area, got to hike every day and explore the neighborhood a bit. Everyone slept well, enjoyed the hot tub, and enjoyed the games in the house.

This place was perfect!! We were traveling with 4 kids 3 & under and it fit pack and plays and bassinets and the bedrooms were very quiet. Fenced in yard, spacious rooms and extremely comfortable beds. The hosts were quick to reply and very accommodating. The location was central to everything in Cuyahoga Valley in terms of hiking, scenic railroad, biking and food and we were in town for a concert and getting to/from Blossom Music Center was also a breeze. We had a wonderful stay and would come back in a heartbeat!

Our stay was lovely overall. The house was very comfortable, clean, and having paper towels, toilet paper, etc. available was very nice. We especially enjoyed the extra dog amenities. We did have some issues with the overall stay which could be quickly rectified with more efficient management and planning. The directions to enter the home were poor and unclear and the passcode we were given was also incorrect. This made for a stressful first 5 minutes. We let management know about several things that were broken and not functioning. While their responses were very prompt, their solutions were for us to handle it ourselves or just to thank us for letting them know. While the house was clean and overall kept up well, my husband had to change 2 lightbulbs that were out in the dining room and kitchen and we noticed that some of the towels were soiled.We did very much enjoy our visit and the home, but it was not without several hiccups along the way. Other specific issues:- broken gate (made it difficult for dog safety)- bedroom locked from inside once closed from outside without key to gain re-entry resulting in us having to leave an item behind
