Four bedrooms provide ample space for rest. The master suite boasts a king bed and ensuite bath with a walk-in shower. Another bedroom features a king bed, one offers a queen bed, and the last has a twin trundle bed. A second full bathroom with a tub-shower combo is conveniently located on this level.
**Living Areas**
The main level includes a living room with beamed ceilings and a dining area with hardwood floors, leading out to the deck. The cozy family room on the lower level features exterior access and a built-in desk for workspace.
**Kitchen & Dining**
The updated kitchen showcases stainless steel appliances, including a refrigerator, stove, oven, and dishwasher, along with both drip and Keurig coffee makers. Essentials such as pots, pans, and dishware are provided, and a dining table invites shared meals.
**Entertainment & Games**
The basement is a hub of fun with an air hockey table, PacMan arcade game, and putting green. Enjoy board games, a game console, and a 55-inch HDTV with Roku for movie nights.

This home is monitored by neighbors and staff who notify us instantly if a party or event takes place. If an unauthorized gathering happens, your reservation will be terminated on the spot and you’ll be required to vacate immediately without a refund (this includes no refunds on any unused nights).
Any cleanup related to a party or "gathering" no matter the size will also incur additional cleaning fees and labor/material fees for any damages that were caused.
🚫Renters must be 21 years or older to book and stay.
🤫 Noise:
Please keep noise to a minimum when outside. We use decibel readers (they don’t record conversations) to monitor levels.
🔇 Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM
💸 Excessive noise may result in a $500 fine due to past neighbor complaints.
🚭 Smoking:
No smoking inside the house — $500 fine for violation

If the property is equipped with a grill, guests are responsible for refilling the propane tank if needed—but don’t worry, just send us the receipt and we’ll reimburse you!
If it’s a charcoal grill, be sure to bring your own charcoal. Happy grilling!

Requests for 3rd or 4th dogs are subject to approval and an additional $100

🛁 Use beach towels, not bath towels.
👫 Max occupancy: 7 guests
🚸 No unsupervised kids
🚫 No diving or jumping
🍔🥤 No food or drink in the tub
🚫🥂 No glass in or near the hot tub
🧼 Keep the hot tub clean and clear
🤫 Respect neighbors – keep noise down
🚭 No smoking in the hot tub
♨️ Turn off the jets after use
✅ Always cover the hot tub after use

❗ Do not turn off the hot tub — only turn off the jets.
→ The temperature should remain at 100°F when not in use.

Great location for our event at Ken Stewart's Grille. Plenty of space for 6 adults. Couldn't keep my husband off the arcade game and the hot tub was a great way to relax.

House was exactly as described. The host was easy to reach and checked in multiple times throughout the stay to ensure our comfort. Nice central location to the national Park, Pro Football Hall of Fame, and Cleveland attractions. Quiet neighborhood. Only downfall was very small master shower, but we all just used the hall bath shower.

We had a great stay. The layout worked wonderful for what we needed. Rooms were large and it worked great for our sleeping needs. It was a quick 30 minute drive down to Canton for the Stagg Bowl. The hot tub was a special treat on a cold January day!!The only drawbacks were: The location - this could of been our GPS - but it didn't seem like there was a good direct way to come and go from the home. There were a lot of turns on to different streets to make it a direct street that would take you to a highway or shopping. Although, the neighborhood seemed very peaceful so that may be a payoff for the winding streets. The only other negative thing that we experienced is there wasn't enough flatware or serving utensils. We had dinner with 8 people and had to wash forks for dessert.Overall we had a great stay and our communication with Dan was easy. We would recommend it to friends and family.
