Come & enjoy the peace & tranquility that Lake Latoka has to offer in a cozy, beautiful, family friendly newly built lake cabin! Cabin is located in a small quiet residential area with paved roads & minimal traffic. Perfect for family evening strolls after dinner.
This cabin is located on over 1 acre of land and spacious lakeshore with a large sandbox attached to the lake patio. Multiple lake amenities which include a paddle boat, inflatable water mat, paddle board, dock, boat slip to dock your boat & waterslide. Pontoon rental is available upon request. Be ready to enjoy the lake all day! Plenty of yard space to enjoy outdoor games that are included such as cornhole, boccia & yard Jenga! Enjoy relaxing sunsets from the patio located below by the lake or the patio up by the cabin while consuming your favorite beverage! There is also a fire pit provided for a perfect family evening. There is an RV/Camper hook up.
The kitchen & living room area are adjoined to provide an accommodating area for any family gathering. Kitchen is stocked with all the supplies & appliances except the food you will need to cook with. The outside cabin patio has a picnic table, extra outside chairs and a gas grill for your enjoyment. This gorgeous property has 3 bedrooms (2 sets of bunk beds) and sleeps 10 comfortably.
