Great room size, especially for Tokyo. Location was amazing, less than 100m walk right to the Metro. Would definitely book again.

its a new property. located in the financial district . close to subway stations. rooms were good ( hyatt standard). there is a seven eleven close by ( which also takes your luggage for yamato . this was so helpful. we sent our luggage from tokyo to sapporo). the hotel itself also has a delivery service but for hotels in tokyo and kyoto area only i believe. Staff was excellent . amenities were good. The bathrooms are new and without a bath tub. only shower area. very very close to ginza area and maybe around 7 min drive to tokyo main station. would recommend it. rooms were decent size. they dont provide bottle water, but every floor has water dispensers and you have to fill it up yourself. amenities for the rooms are available in the lobby itself

The location is a bit far from a lot of tourists areas. The hotel is brand new but the rooms are small not as big as I thought as we had lots of luggages. Not a lot of facilities and you require to take all bathroom stuff from the front desk and water from a dispenser in each floor which is very annoying. There is no smoking area at the properties which is a negative for me.
The staff is great and very helpful.
Overall good hotel but I would not stay again
